Delivering your furniture safely and with your and our employees’ health in mind is important. Our trucks are being disinfected daily, drivers are equipped with gloves for each delivery and each driver is actively using hand sanitizer throughout the day.

*Please make sure someone 18 year of age or older is at home to accept the delivery.

*Make sure to have a clear path to the room(s) the furniture will be placed and that the rooms are empty and ready to accept the new furniture.

*Please make sure that all outdoor walkways are shoveled and clear during winter months.

*Make sure that the delivery truck is able to park as close you your home as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR DELIVERY

Zak’s Home offers our highly-rated delivery service covering the greater Tri-Cities area. Our professionally trained personnel will inspect, prep, assemble and place your furniture exactly where you want it.

Two days before your scheduled delivery you will receive a phone call from our office confirming your delivery date and address. Please make any changes at this time if changes are made after 48 hours prior to delivery another delivery fee will be charged.

The evening before your delivery you will receive a call or text with your two hour window for delivery. Upon request a 30 minute call head can be provided. You can also track the status of your delivery on this page.

When the delivery team arrives they will carefully unload and assemble your new furniture and place it exactly where you want. Our delivery team takes great care of your new furniture and of your home as they move the furniture.

During inclement weather, Zak’s Home will determine whether it is safe for our drivers to make deliveries. To review our complete terms and conditions, please contact a salesperson. Please note: Due to insurance limitations, drivers are not allowed to handle televisions, stereos or other electronic devices, nor can they install mirrors, paintings or other items that require fastening to walls.

PICKING UP YOUR FURNITURE

Zak’s hours for pick up are Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

To pick up your furniture please stop by the office at the main store and let them know you are here. The office will direct you to the correct pick up location and finish up any paperwork that may need to be done.

*Please inspect all your furniture for any defects or damage prior to loading. No damage claims will be accepted once the furniture leaves our warehouse or store.

*Some furniture does require assembly and will come flat packed, or in original packaging. Please see your sales associate for any questions about your purchase.

*We provide help to load your merchandise but we will not be responsible for securing any items or damage to the merchandise or vehicle.

There is a possibility that there could be a wait while picking up furniture please be patient as we try to assist everyone.
